Ways To Proper Organizing Content on Pinterest
For last couple of years Pinterest has taken special
attention as powerful visual bookmarking platform in the realm of Social Media.
Now it is as simple as making an album of your favorite photos along with other
collective albums in one place.
Today I am going to explain how you can leverage the
benefit of organizing your favorite contents
on Pinterest by following the ways as below.
Make a Complete Profile
Why I mentioned the word “complete” in the heading? Because it is the case that most of the people doesn’t
seriously consider when filling social media profiles . Having a complete profile on Pinterest is the
key to letting your visitors know you are a serious Pinner and not a photo collector
who gathers his selfies all the time and save them in different albums, well
Facebook is a good choice to do that.
Make Relevant Boards
It is the same as making a folder of your name that
includes all of your selfies — photos. Don’t just name your board but provide
all the relevant details including a short description of those pins that will
be going inside of your newly created board and then select an appropriate
category for example if you are bookmarking some paintings of popular artists
then it must be go inside to the category of Arts and Design.
Update Your Boards
It is necessary to keep track of each of your Pinterest
board to update because sometimes you forget to notice that someone had started
following your certain board(s) and waiting to get next of your exciting pins,
if you won’t update you will surely lose that follower or any other new
follower will not come as same as Twitter.
Something For Pins
Lastly I would like to suggest you to post — pin not so
wide but tall images for instance an
image of 600 by 1500 pixels and avoid to pin square format and small dimensions of images which is not
entertaining. Pinterest was built with mobile-first approach it is the reason why tall images are so
popular, take a look on a typical infographic.
Are you already organizing content on Pinterest? Which one from the ways above inspired you to organize right away, give your feedback in the comment section below.

What is a Blog?
A blog is just like a notebook where the words fall from your mind in the shape of writing, you put your pieces of writings on it.
A blog post is like a topic which explains a particular piece of writing as what actually the current writing is about. Though there are many blogging platforms available nowadays but Blogger and WordPress are famous and very popular among them.
Blogging as Fun
Blogging is a fun you don't have to be a good writer it is not necessary to launch a blog, but you have to be open enough to share your thoughts to the digital world. You are on my blog right now and it is my first post as the current language isn't my native so you will definitely notice my English is not so good as it should be and may be few of my sentences are not making sense but I am still writing without having afraid. Basically blogging is about to share your thoughts through the words i.e. life experience, events, memories with your friends etc.
Find your Niche!
If you are good at something just like cooking, teaching, playing football or designing graphics just like me, just write about it.
Natural Ingredients of a Delicious Blog Post
- Peace of Mind
- Calm Atmosphere
- Time as Required
- Silence (or you could add some new music)
- A cup of tea! It's optional :)
Take a quick review of your Blog Post
When done writing a post, have a look through your entire post. Here I am not talking about to sort out your grammatical mistakes but to correct spellings if you had mistaken and make sure you didn't miss a single word which you want to mention in your post. Reviewing is a good practice specially if you want to give attention to the details on the flow of your writing.
Tip: If you are writing on the fly via the post editor, copy all content and paste in word processor such as ms word all the mistakes will be automatically highlighted so you can easily correct grammar and spellings.
Share Your Post – Social Media
Have you listen that sentence before as "sharing is caring"? Well we all are living in a social media era and content sharing is the best part of it. The blogging is also a part of social media because we write a post and people leave comments and discussion goes on. As you are reading this post, many of you have come through the different social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ etc., you got a link from one of these networks and so you are here. These are the major social networks which I have mentioned so don't forget to share your blog post in the same.
I hope I have introduced you very well about the basics of blogging as well as writing a successful blog post. Now you can start your very own blog and can write your first post, if you really enjoyed reading this article then share it with your friends and fellows. Happy blogging!

![]() |
| Image by Garrett Heath |
Twitter is getting attention and dominating at the same time
over other social media networks due to its instant and live distribution of
information around the online globe. There are lots of and lots of content spinning
around your head which you want to socialize in your network but can you put
all of your ideas in that 140 characters of a tweet box? Probably not! So today
I am presenting you 3 simple steps to composing an attractive and authentic tweet.
1. Use Words of Your Niche
You don’t know how much you could benefit from your single
tweet if it was written with the best possible words as according to your
current industry or niche. Try to be clever when selecting words that have
their significance and avoid using inappropriate words and characters.
2. Highlight Important Words
If you want to make your tweet really fascinating then you would
have to put emphasis on a certain word. It is a good practice to use square
brackets if you want to identify an important word within your tweet. Have a look
at one of my relevant tweet below how I personally do this act:
Structure of Writing Effective Blog Post [INFOGRAPHIC] http://t.co/tDiy4jWW76 #contentmarketing #digitalmarketing
— Umair Ulhaque (@umairulhaque) October 27, 2013
3. Make Use of Hashtags
Hashtags play a leading role in the world of Twitter and now
they are using commonly in other social media networks as well. By adding a #hashtag
in the beginning of a specific word in your tweet people who will be searching
for relevant terms of your products and services will be able to find your
contents easily. Always try to put a couple of hashtags and no more than two so
your tweet will not look like a piece of spam. See how I used them in the above
example of my live tweet.
Conclusion
It’s all about to executing your tweets in a true form after
that people will recognize you as an authentic person and will start following
you. Happy tweeting!

4 Common Aesthetics of Flat Design
The art of Flat Design is trending this year so far as many creative business holders have already turned the visuals of their products and services to follow the trend such as Apple did with the UI of its new iOS 7.
Today I am going to highlight the most common
aesthetics of Flat Design.
- Minimalism
- Muted Colors
- Sans Serifs Fonts
- 2D Design
Minimalism
It’s all about the less use of available
space so that the design element such as an icon would have some room for breathe.
It is the reason behind the flat icons as they look simple and clean it is where
the minimalism works.
Muted Colors
Colors are the forefront of every design composition
thus they are being used for Flat Design in a quite gentle way as muted not too
much of bright as vivid tones. Flat UI Colors did a good job on their site to present a collection of 20 most widely used muted colors .
Sans Serif Fonts
Forget about the rough serif fonts on Flat
Design such as Times New Roman. The trend is come up with using smooth edges
fonts. Again on the interface of Apple’s iOS 7 they implemented Helvetica Neue
Ultralight font in the entire new OS. The Start Screen of Microsoft’s Windows 8
with full of metro-styled tile icons which is also based on Flat Design is
another example as they implemented sans serif fonts of very thin edges may be
they are also that Helvetica.
2D Design
If you are an Illustrator savvy then I
appreciate your judgments and yes, I am talking about two-dimensional vector
graphics here. Flat Design was intended to be created with pure vectors because
of its simplicity and minimalistic look down to present the idea of a typical
flat graphic. The current trend is also a good companion for large retina
displays from Apple products. As way back to the interface of old iOS 6 where
they were using Skeuomorphic style of icons such as a detailed graphic with
some beveled effects and drop shadows to present realistic look.
Creativity has no limits thus the trend comes
and goes particularly in the productivity of design. If you found some other
interesting facts of Flat Design don’t forget to mention in your comments I
always look forward to get informed and discover the happenings.
